Ye-ye and Nano's egg noodles

There's nothing like an old recipe passed down from generation to generation. Well, in this case, I'm hoping to pass this recipe on to generations to come. After all, it's got potential. First of all it's really good! Secondly, it's hand-written by Nano (my mother-in-law), who googled a simpler method to recreate grandma's old fashioned egg noodles. So here it is:

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 egg shell of milk (adjust as needed)
Chicken broth

Directions:

Make well in flour. Add egg & milk. Mix.

Mix. Dough needs to be slightly sticky to form a ball.

Roll out until very thin.

Use pizza cutter to cut in stripes of desired thickness.

Put in boiling broth, stir occasionally, for 30 minutes.

It's so simple and so good. You must try this!
